How do I renew my license?

Let's face it, the FCC site is not very user friendly. I have found some different places that have documented the process.

• The FCC has some instructions that should get you on the right path.
• HamStudy has excellent documentation of the process. This is an older document and does not mention the $35 renewal fee.

There are a few options.

• ARRL Members can use the ARRL VEC.
• W5YI has a renewal service.
